After setting up when- I’m trying to program my code, it flashes 5 red after every code i try to put in.

When I press the program button, it just beeps once (not the correct sound according to installation videos) and the Logo flashes red. Batteries are new and the wire is firmly connected. You mention an admin code-- I don't see one anywhere and my instructions do not mention such a code. Please advise.

What’s the difference between the 250 and 260? Do either have the smart watch or Apple phone entry?

After adding my user code and testing the code and lock, it works opposite.
Inputting the code locks it and pushing the Kwikset logo unlocks it. Any ideas what to do?

How you get the key out while in open mode

My code works great~WITH the key in the lock! Without the key it acts like it’s jammed & the bolt won’t lock or unlock…unless the key is IN the lock of course then it bolts & unbolts perfectly with the code. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I can not set a user code akd when I do it's never right wjen I unlock, easy to install yes easy to its shit
