Your excellent instructions saved the day! I was able re-set and now used daily .it was already installed in a recent home purchase. We hoped to find a solution and you had the best. From the beginning i learned how to initiate the "directional operation/(L/R door side setup" it's the trick where you turn the bolt outward then hit reset to sense the location that was the most important information. Thank you for the video. Helped a lot since I lost the manual. Don't forget to press the lock button a SECOND time AFTER choosing what number you want to go to THEN put in the code and press lock button again. That second lock press kept confusing me on the directions. It has a list of numbers to choose from and there is only one lock symbol in the middle of the list for everything. Thanks again!
