I end cravings in eating what my body is asking for. 😉 Normally I eat “clean food” veggies, salad greens, fruit, fish and meat. 🍏🍊🍋🍉🍓🍒🥭🍍🥑🥦🥬🥒🫑🥚🥩🐟 Cravings for a gluten free pizza or some gluten free pasta I have approx 4 x per month. So I eat it. 🍕🍝 Cravings for sweets/chocolate I also have approx 4 x per month. So I eat gluten free, soy free dark chocolate. 🍫
