I have learned this over the years. Well, I esp knew when extremely off the wall thoughts would appear, and I know me 100%, I have several personality and character traits that are solid, so when something tries to impersonate I immediately deal with it, it always reveals itself eventually and leaves. But one time, while I was doing the dishes I kept hearing the thoughts about self harm. There was absolutely no desire within me for this, so I did an experiment, something I had heard in the audio reading of Thoth's Emerald Tablets, something about bringing in the light and love of source, this was 100% new to me. So I said just that, out loud - I pray for the incredible LOVE and light from the Creator/Source/the All to surround me and you, and wow, whatever was trying to influence my mind completely and instantly went panic and was gone in a blink of an eye. That was weird. Also, I know very well that I am able to influence others, , although I don't do it for nefarious purposes. I know how to keep my emotions in neutral so the other person responds to me with just the right measure of kindness and courteously. I am also able to level out others. A good example is when I see a parent who is having irritability issues at the store, I cannot explain how I do it, but I just do it, I endluence her to mellow out and to be more attentive and kind to her child/baby.
