21:43 And the General staff aren't the only ones making war plans these days, at least in the US military, it's a part of officer training. The best way to reach you how to make war plans is to have you make war plans. Year after year, classes of people studying to become officers in the military come up with plans for every scenario their instructors can think of, and those are archived, on the off chance that they might eventually be in some way useful. This is where those stories of military plans for dealing with a zombie apocalypse or a revolt by the Girl Scouts of America come from, the more crazy the scenario, the more you have to think.

Excellent analysis!
One of the german military observers of the american civil war was a young engineer named Ferdinand von Zeppelin, who studied the use of reconnaissance balloons on union side. That inspired him to develop airships, which were named after him.

Why is it all the monarchs and important people get a huge degrade in the next line? Napoleon gets Napoleon the 3rd. Alexander the 3rd gets Nicholas the 2nd. Bismarck well.. I guess he gets a ship that lost to some swordfish. lol
