I set my credit cards due date and closing dates spread out to help keep my utilization % down.

After you pay the full balance before the due date. The following day use 10% or less of your utilization, then let it show on your staement date, then pay that in full after.

How do you find out your statement closing date?

Is 0% the ideal utilization rate? I've heard you should get close to 0% without it being 0%.

Is the statement closing date and the statement cycle date the same?

Also, would I have my shopping spree the day if my statement closing date (the 16th) or the day after (the 17th)?

Flaws in this video!
To start it shows July 17 but when you talk you use the 16th.
You say to pay it on 19th but the video shows 16th.
The biggest flaw is your too wordy and this adds to the confusion.
Slow down, scratch words, way simpler.

Or just pay off your CC every week like a responsible person and you don’t even need to know either of these dates and never risk paying interest or missing a payment

I get if you are trying to raise your credit score that this could be helpful but it’s really not necessary if you are just responsible as a baseline. The difference of my score fluctuating between 807 and 815 because of having a small balance when the credit utilization report is delivered, is basically nothing.

Just be responsible! Everything else will work itself out.

Doesn't matter. The credit card companies track your spending anyway. They just want to know if you can go through sustained periods of frugality to get out of debt when needed.
