Ok. Useful exercises. I like the quick demonstration of each exercise. And it is SUPER easy to see how long you are to do each exercise (and each break). The demonstrator is, ummm ... somewhat robotic for my taste.

Hi. It’s there any variation/option for diagonal abs because I feel I’m not doing it correctly, I feel pressure on the lower back. Something am I doing wrong? Any recommendation? Thank you❣️❤️
