From the Philippines. I am 80 years old and diagnosed with low blood and oxygen flow to my heart. advised to do some cardio exercise. I love your exercises. Been doing it for the last 2 days.

Thanks. I am 61 yr old female. My heart has lowered because of sleep apnea and BP meds. I have back problems so cannot do hard exercises.
