Portion control is no problem if I have enough natural fat. I cook with Ghee and love to make a "gravy" from powdered bone broth. 3 cups of freshly grounded coffee with thick yellow cream keeps me full till dinner time betwen 15h30 and 17h30 depending on how my day went. 💓

Hi Reggi... I just subscribed and I am enjoying this so much! I started intermittent fasting about 6 months ago and loving it. I am also an Army Vet and I do walk about 4 miles a day! This video helps me bc I think I have been eating too much during my window, as my weight wasn’t coming off as fast as I thought it should, so thank you! I’m older than you by ten years and feeling better each day! Keep up the good work! God Bless You!

Hi there Reggi; new subscriber here. Got to know of you from your interview on A Healthy Alternative. I've moved from a 17 hour fast to a 20 hour fast intermittently over the last week. I am shocked at what the addition three hours of daily fasting have done for me in such a short time. It seems mental focus sharpens with a narrower eating window;-)

My plan now is to narrow my eating window to OMAD next month and have my first fasted sleep in July for my first 48hour fast.

You know, I didn't even realize how calorie counting, weighing foods, and all that IS super stressful. I definitely plan to drop that because it deminishes my motivation sometimes since I'm so sick of it. I stress eat because of the stress of what I'm eating. 😦 I need to figure this thing out. Thanks for the advice as always. Simplicity is key.

I do pretty good with portion control, but when I get to eating cookies, cakes, doughnuts, etc all my eating gets outta control. Hopefully this sugar detox that we are on will snap me back in line.

Don't drink water with Your meal.
Just on empty stomach.
It's important as if You ad water to your acid food won't be able to properly digest. Sorry :)
