After updated windows 10
My laptop screen become black though laptop working word excel file but on tools bar not shown Battery percentage, sound became mute, not internet connection, video not playing, photo can't browsing.. can you help me out of it.. is there any way to fix this. Please let me know...

it keeps saying the boot configuration data could not be opened and the requested system device cannot be found :(((

Just tried this. My laptop says “ The boot configuration data store could not be opened. The requested system device cannot be found.” I guess that means she crashed??

Also also, I just tried the command prompt rstrui.exe. to restore to factory settings and it says “ System restore could not find the offline boot volume. Please ensure it is currently accessible.” Then it said “STATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002) Please close System Restore and try again.
