Shift+F8 worked perfectly fine for me. I was stuck on loading screen after a driver update failure and now I can troubleshoot and reset my pc. Thanks a lot! :)

lol, so I can't restart at all. So I'm trying to find a way to boot into safe mode without it. So far, I'm starting to understand why Microsoft has lost a few class action lawsuits for how awful Windows 10 is.

All these videos do this with windows loaded up. How do you do it with a blank screen when your windows won't boot??

I tried getting into safe mode for a few days pressing different keys. Eventually I pressed shift and F10 simultaneously and it worked! I hope this helps others.

This is helpful when you have a screen to select from. What about when Win10
updates leave you with a blank screen ?
