if anyone want to solve the error try this:
go to activation and run the troubleshooter there, than if you had the same problem as me 0xC004F074 it should show a activate option after the troubleshooting is complete than just click it and boom your windows will be activated

The error code is still there and my windows 10 pro is not activated but this stopped showing " windows not activated" message on my desktop background.

i have a problem in troubleshooting .it says no problem detected.when i restart windows watermark below is gone but i cant change wallpaper and the error is still there in settings

You need to wait until the verification 100% done.
Then you follow the next step which is troubleshoot setting > windows and security
Let the troubleshoot finished. Close and restart. The watermark should be gone.
