Vegan, NO Refined Sugar, NO Banana, NO Coconut, Oil-Free, Nut-Free and WFPB FUDGESICLES! These are so easy to make and we only need 4 ingredients! Made of whole foods, they are dairy-free, naturally low in fat and still delicious! Hope you guys enjoy. 😄 Let's eat plants and fudgesicles!

🌱 Fudgesicles Recipe!
2 medium sweet potatoes, previously baked* (approx. 2 cups, 265 grams once skin is removed)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk (or any other vegan milk you like!)
1/3 cup maple syrup (or sub 8-10 pitted & softened dates)
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to blender, then into popsicle molds. Let freeze at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
*To bake sweet potatoes, pierce them with a small hole and bake at 400F for 45 mins (time may very depending on the size).
