125 g salted butter, softened
75 g sugar
30 g cocoa powder
120 g flour

Add 1 tbsp of vanilla extract and 1/2 of baking soda to make the cookies way better

Is it cocoa powder or Cacao powder? there's a difference. The Cacao is the powdered cacao nut, nothing added, it is quite strong and bitter. The cocoa has sugar added. So if you use one or the other you'd have adjust your sugar accordingly.

Instead of the cocoa powder, i used chocolate chips and it was amazing!! and i also sprinkled some sugar on one and it tasted exactly like a shortbread!!

I would add eggs and vanilla. These would turn out dry otherwise.
