How to make a 4-Ingredient Biscoff Ice Cream!

Ingredients:
1 tin (397g) condensed milk
475ml double cream
250g Biscoff spread
100g roughly crushed Lotus biscuits (+ extra for topping)
Melted Biscoff spread

1) Whisk together the condensed milk, double cream and Biscoff spread to soft peaks.

2) Fold the crushed Lotus Biscuits into the mix.

3) Scoop 1/3 of the mix into a loaf tin and swirl through some melted Biscoff spread.

4) Repeat the previous step two more times.

5) Top with more crushed Lotus biscuits.

6) Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.

7) Enjoy!

I’m making it 💗 💗 last time I made a 3-4 ingredient ice cream it was amazing I’ll update tomorrow if it turned out well

So it says use 250 biscoff spread is that the total amount or just amount u whisk up with the condensed milk & cream . Do I then need to melt more for drizzle between the layering? Thanks in advance x
