⬇️⬇️⬇️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 Cup Boiling Water
1/2 cup Butter
1 Cup Flour
(Optional) 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven to 410 degrees so it will be ready for you when you need it.
2. Heat the water on stovetop while adding in the butter (in chunks) and then stir until water gently boils and butter is melted. The key is make sure it is combined and coming to a boil BEFORE step 2.
3. Next, add the cup of flour with (optional) teaspoon of salt. And stir, and stir and stir as you watch it become a smooth ball.
4. Remove from heat and now, ONE AT A TIME, add the eggs. For each egg, do 50 BEATS to mix that egg fully in BEFORE adding the next egg. Repeat until all four eggs have been mixed in.
5. Spray your baking pan so they don’t stick.
6. Scoop out batter onto baking pan. I love to use an ice cream scoop.
7. Bake at 410 degree for 20 minutes
8. Then turn heat down to 375 for 40 more minutes
9. Next, remove from oven, punch a hole in each one to help bake the inside. And put BACK IN THE OVEN with the oven off for 5 minutes.
10. Take them out and let them cool.
11. Slice each one 3/4 down to open them. Should be a bit dry inside prior to adding the moist filling
12. For filling, you can use whatever you prefer. Cool Whip, Ready whip, Vanilla pudding, Chocolate pudding, even a bit of jelly filling with whipped cream is a treat!
13. Optionally add a cherry or powdered sugar to the top. Mmm, you’ll love ’em!
