The hip flexion on this woman is ridiculous! Great video.

Amazing form. And I’m no runner but she showed me a huge difference with that foot being flexed up. Thank you. I hit a plateau in my fitness journey so my new goal is to work on agility training. I feel like it’s the extra advanced cardio I need.

Based on his own success as a sprinter and his even greater success over the decades as a coach, one could rarely do better than to follow EXACTLY what John Smith recommends!

I thought both feet shouldn’t touch the ground at the same time, is that right? On an A-skip

Why is she running like that at the end of the skip?

I believe a better way to do a skips is to land the feet together in the same line rather than one in front of the other and actually bounce off two feet together driving one upward and the one tha remains down horizontally to move forward. This one seems a bit off to me and she's hip flexing excessively too I feel.

Her A and B skips look great but her running technique looks weird, very upright and overstriding
