The master himself teaching his young students. I'm only 17 and have improved my 200 from 25.2 to 21.67 by watching your form and videos. My 100 has went from 12.2 to 11.13. and my 400 has even improved using your speed endurance tips from 61 to 52.4. I idolize you Noah, love you man!!

I’m stunned other track stars haven’t thought of marketing themselves on their own YouTube channel. Lol, Noah’s doing it. Seems like common sense. Also it allows the viewer to see a different side of the athlete. I’m 34, I wish videos like this existed when I was young and dumb.

I never learned how to A & B skip in Highschool but I seen other sprinters do it and it was confusing to me but when I see you do it it's much easier and I understand it now thanks to this video Noah I learned something today. Thanks for your Help Noah & God Bless you.

It's a little surreal to actually watch the best in the world actually giving and showing these drills 😮😮😮

We had some of the top sprinters in Jr College in California in the Nation and they hardly practiced and coached well. Unfortunately in those days they didn’t have technique approaches like this.
This young man is the shining light of sprinters in the world. Watched him for years now and his approach to training and running is phenomenal. Let’s go GOLD in 2024
It’s around the corner.
