Hello everyone! For Wednesday's Workout (Posted on Thursday;) it is a 20 Minute Total Tabata Workout. Great for those busy days. Work head to toe and get an excellent Cardio Workout. All exercise levels are welcome to join:) Love to hear from those that do!

Format is:
5 min. Warm-up
Block 1: 20 sec. on/ 10 sec. off 8x
Block 2: 20 sec. on/ 10 sec. off 8x
5 min Cool Down + Core
