Deep Barbell Back Squats - Intense Leg Training

Doing some deep barbell back squats months ago prior to my pec tear. This is how deep I can squat comfortably, I can go lower but it’s less effective. This is an intense leg day workout.
I typically start with squats and progress into a lunge variation, or a leg press / hack squat. Depending on my focus, most times both.
Barbell back squats might not be the most optimal exercise for you, there are plenty other squat variations that can target the muscles in different ways before progressing to barbell.
