I have been using the device for 2 days now and I must confess I am very excited with this new device. The UI is out of the world. The ease with which you can move across apps and very quickly get back to the message hub is amazing. The touch quality is as good as the best I have seen. The keyboard and the way words keep popping up makes typing so easy! Also nice to see FB and Twitter is nicely embedded into the Hub. Which means you can respond to FB updates etc without even opening the FB app

They seemed to have missed out what I really like most where you are able to check details of the contact and integrating all the information of your contact for you to see in 1 place. This is very important for people like to who meet many people all the time.

BlackBerry's BlackBerry Z10 is genuinely a pretty nice phone. But, tragically, there's really nothing to love. Nothing in the Z10 stands out as class-leading and, while the BB10 OS does have a lot of charm and brings all the best productivity-focused attributes of BlackBerry to bear in a much more modern package, the app selection is poor and the gestures here aren't so good that they make up for that major shortcoming.

Engadget does an excellent job on their reviews. The move quickly, have relevant info, and seem to be really balanced. I'm not a Blackberry person anymore... but I enjoyed peeking at your review.

Great phone I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now. It has every feature competing phones have, plus overall its more satisfying and great for productivity. Still waiting on a few apps but considering they built the OS from scratch with the most apps every launched on a new OS I'm very exciting to see new apps emerge. Great keyboard, great screen, amazing browser, nifty tricks

One of the biggest attractions in the BlackBerry launch was the number of developers pledging their support for BB 10. More than 1000 developers, from across the globe, have already shown intent to work on the platform. If BlackBerry keeps on going at this rate, its App World will turn out to be one of the strongest across all platforms.

i bought mine 2 days ago (white) and i am falling in love with it every minute, its fast, easy to use and lots of useful features. Just one problem which is the lack of apps :/

I bought the Z10, I love the phone coming from the 9900. I watched the review and saw a lot about the apps talk missing and not working correctly. But lets not forget didn't all other devices have the problem in the beginning??

As far as all the new features, let me tell from a Z10 user it rocks and its truly an amazing phone

Took a look online, bought it, and never thought to say this as an apple-freak... but I'm in love! I guess the negative aspects mentioned in the video will soon improve through updates (as its mostly about the software).

Screen size is perfect, nice software with bb hub, and no more buttons.this is my next phone

Just to clarify a few things:

1) SwiftKey powers this awesome keyboard.
2) Dump? Messy? You aren't using the hub correctly.
3) Camera resolution and MP count is the same as the big competitors. So the pictures may no seem great, but they look as stunning once on a computer or a social media site.
4) Side-loading still counts for getting an app on this phone. It may not have it in the actual BB World, but the beautiful BB10 OS will definitely support the app(s).

5) The map is all I ever need. With Android and iOS, the maps I use are overhead only. I use them to get me from A to B. This navigation system/map gets the job done. I don't need a map to say "while you're on your way, here is the 6 closest restaurants."
7) Not a standout? I thought this phone stood out the MOST between the iPhone, GS3 and HTC One.
8) This is a BRAND NEW OS. There will be bumps. I am glad to be a part of a new thing that is a breathe of fresh air compared to its competition.

Looks like they've really stepped up their game since the older model format, definitely a contender in the market.

I'm impressed with the hardware and the software but it's still missing a few apps that I would require on a day to day basis for work.

The Z10 is one of the best smart phones out. This platform will further improve with updates.
I've had Android, and I just can't go back, the Z10 is like a magnet. I just love the flow, easy access to all social media and always fast multitasking feel.

I have several friends with iPhones who will be looking at this phone when it comes to the US. They're just getting bored with iOS and how much they're phones crash (they freeze even more that my Bold 9900... and that says a lot). I can't wait to get my hands on one.
