I have just watched two of your videos .. the 2 clove a day and the liver ... but the third above video has caused me to think of unsubscribing .... I completely disagree with much of what you are saying. The red meat for a blood type O is wonderful small and quality. The fat situation is another one .. the good fats eg from butter olive oil coconut oil are essential!! .. the other vegetable oils are poison to our bodies highly processed and yes cause inflammation ... a high good fat diet is wonderful. Salt is the other one, absolutely essential to good health. you did not explain the difference between common iodised salt which once again is processed and like poison to the body, and Celtic or pure salt which is needed ...
I am sure you knowledge is great but this video is extremely misleading for people if they start eliminating essential good foods.
I am 75 and thankfully very healthy
