The exercises are designed for endurance training as opposed to building power. High reps/low weight is the way to go here.

Which traps do the I’s work? I know the Y’s work the lower traps and the T’s get the mid traps, but I would think that there are better exercises for upper traps. I’s don’t work the upper traps, do they?
