Is My Cardone Capital Investment Bankrupt Yet? | Real Estate Investing Cardone Capital Review

In today's video I review my experience with Grant Cardone's Cardone Capital. In this video you will see Cardone Capital exposed and open for viewership. I will demonstrate how the user interface works and what it is like to be invested. I have $15,000 of my own money invested in real estate through Cardone Capital as of July 1, 2019 which I am using as a means to build wealth through real estate investing. So far it has produced me monthly passive income or cash flow for the past two months as of this video, and four months as I type this description. Use this video as a way to see how to get money, start investing, create money online and learn how to invest in dividend paying stocks.

Other real estate investing I do is through REITs, which are stock based real estate funds, and fundrise, which is a crowdsourcing way to invest in real estate. I quite often also make fundrise reviews on the channel.

All stocks and real estate investments I have made make money and are a great way to diversify the portfolio and build wealth through investing.

I remember when they cut distribution during the pandemic and people started calling this a fraud. They did not seem like experienced investors. Glad it's working out for you.

I just watched your first Cardone Capital video. There are just a large group of people that believe everything is a scam, and they'll justify it however they need to in order to satiate that belief. A scam is not losing money, or not making the best performing investment. A scam is a scam.

Glad this investment is working out for you. The play here is the long term re-fi or sale (I presume) not the 5% return.

Thanks for sharing Matt the behind the scenes Uncle G. You didn't mention accredited, what type of investments would/could you invest in then and does the returns increase? I mean what would be the benefit of being accredited vs not with CC. I assume just more of the same.. (more properties available).

Great video Matt! So if we invest $10K in Grant Cardone Capital...we would only make about 5%...$500?

While in the Cardone Fund, have you ever had a large payout from Grant selling or refinancing a property? I've heard Grant talk about how in the recent past he tripled an investor's money in 18 months after selling a property in one of the funds and distributing the proceeds to his investors.

Cardone Capital funds are not private REITS. They are private equity real estate funds.

Maybe it’s time to consider an investment in a rock solid time share in Playa del Carmen With 8 floating weeks at anytime of year and with a 400 dollar a week maintenance fee only when you use it. You can even pass this investment on to your grand children. All starting for the low price a 150 Grand, Payable with a low monthly mortgage at 7 percent! I know it’s not a scam but kind of sounds like one. “No offense meant.”
