March 2020 Cardone capital Has a Cash problem stock market went down people water cash back from the investment files and he can’t produce money. Also lotta units people will not have to pay rent it will not be evicted another cash flow issue Highland averaged 1, 000, 000, 000 in debt maybe the end

One thing about this so called money making tip motivation videos is that they never tell people the one truth that the value of a thousand dollar right now won't be the same value 10 years from now.

I agree with some of what you said. But you said cardone capital isn't the best way to invest & yet you invested in it. Don't understand that logic.

I hope you got your money out of Cardone Capital..? He’s full of sh$t. All those small time investors are going to lose there money, possible class action law suite are coming. He took advantage of non-credit investors. Over leveraged and fired more than 80 employees last week. I feel sorry for those investors!

I 100% agree with everything you said brother, it isn’t the best you can do but you also hit exactly why it’s so appealing, we all want the easiest way and people would be crazy, or unlearned to think that giving your money to someone to perform a service is the utmost return they could receive, but it’s just whether or not they want to take the time and risk to take on a little more responsibility, to receive that 70%+ return from the 230 to the 300% you spoke on, you’re the man and I’m going to hit you up to figure out what more I can do with you cause Cardone capitol was on the radar for me aswell but I really hadn’t even looked to far into it just yet either, keep growing brother !
