My wife and I drink a mug of warm water with slices of lemon with the skin on and slices of raw ginger first thing in the morning.We have been doing this now for 3 years. We didn't get any covid and we are unvaccinated. We are both over 70s.

I love and respect the power of ginger. Ginger protected my diabetic husband and me from contracting CoVID-19. We used ginger in coffee, in teas, in stew, in smoothies, in rice, we also drank Ginger tea every day, 3 times a day, and even chewed a piece of ginger regularly. Ginger is awesome for the immune system.
Ginger also helped my husband with waist pain a few years ago and he was already past 50 years. He had to sleep on the floor due to pain. He began to drink Ginger root twice a day and the pain went away with. What Ibuprofen could not do, Ginger did. Ibuprofen gave temporary relief but Ginger gave permanent relief.

Oh by the way am still working sometimes 2 & 3 jobs in one day I walk to and from work some days or my children will pick me up from I feel great God is amazing I love him so. Arthritis crippled my wife. She lost the capacity to get-up from bed without help. It's been 3 years now we don't buy any coughs syrups at home ..because we take fresh ginger slices with pinch of salt. However you can take fresh ginger slices with honey or lemon and black pepper as you prefer.
Also it's been 3 years we also don't have that severe common cold flu coughing 🤧 only for few days cold and flu not more than 3to 4 days then it's gone ..Thanks to Almighty God who blessings this Ginger for all of us.

I'm 65 yrs old from March this year and started taking a combination of ginger, lemon juice, garlic and honey with my meals and drinks when I turned 60. A year and a half ago I added in turmeric. Mostly, I use fresh or raw spices except for the honey; but once in a while I use processed powders from the supermarkets, to sprinkle on food. Also, l haven't seen the inside of a clinic or hospital since then and have not swallowed a medicinal pill, tablet or capsule. Awesome spices.
