I had an uncle who had a throat cyst they were going to have to do surgery on. There were going drill a hole to attach a tube from his throat to his stomach to feed him. He said hell no. Went to a natural path. They recommended ginger mixed in young coconut juice. His irritating cough is gone, and his cysts is decreasing in pain and size. It is a super food.

I eat raw ginger and ginger powder daily and add ginger to food. My body wanted to get the cold sometime in mid February 2021 and light symptoms lasted 1-2 days and then they were gone. Recently i made a goal of mine and completed 10 miles, so hey maybe ginger is the cause of all my new health benefits. I also eat raw garlic daily

Ginger is respected for its immune effects but I find it to be underrated for mental effects. It calms me down and helps stress. Body and mind are connected

3:42 I was wondering why I never got sick being around my girlfriend when she was sick. I take ginger root pills along with my other supplements before I go to bed. She was like "how are you not sick?" I just told her I'm rare 😹 but now I know! Thanks thomas!👏🏽

Just blend root in little water and store in fridge for use to add to your boiled water for tea. That way you're not wasting the whole pieces. I just made my fresh grounded ginger.

My favorite smoothie recipe is Jamaican ginger, black Kale, Coconut milk (Aroy-D), Passion fruit, blue berries, raspberries, strawberries, dragon fruit, pineapple with a banana. (the frozen fruit is from Costco, it's a the tropical blend and berry blend). Easy, super delicious and super healthy!

I drink ginger tea with fresh mint every morning the taste so good that I don't need to put sugar in my tea it has help me so much that I don't feel drinking coffee or added sugar to my tea it has help me with 2 things no sugar no coffee

Ive done my own testing and controlled experiments using ginger against viruses for myself and my family and friends -i recommend going one step further to keep the ginger enzymes at maximum strength = grate the ginger into a paste -then squeeze fresh ginger juice directly into your tea, juice, etc - if you do this 2 or 3 times a day its very difficult for the virus to get going because your immune system is too strong and cleans it up quicker than it can replicate -

Can you steep the ginger after microwaving water in a mug? Everyone seems to put it in a pot on the stove. Is there a difference?
