Invisalign Rubber Bands

Invisalign rubber bands -- the same for braces rubber bands -- align bites, most commonly an "overbite."

When used with Invisalign, sometimes the force of the rubber bands can bend the hook on the upper aligner and it can poke the cheek.

For the few patients of mine who have had this issue, simply pressing the aligner hook inward with their finger solved the problem.

My doctor did not provide me a hook but just cut a slit on everyone.

I had to cut further in order of the rubberband to not fly when I open my mouth... today first day but idk if my braces my mishape😢😢
