The ‘ simple ‘ fact that you mentioned the advanced skill require ‘ PATIENCE ‘ .. 👏 litteraly the one mental skill no one really wants to embrace and work on. I’m a chuncky lil lady and I see people eying me sometimes like wow how did you learn this? Answer: it never came easy and I just stayed with it. Also I look 25 but will be soon 40 😂 just years of practice and trying to improve my patience 😅

7:16 Free Handstand, I struggle alot with balancing my handstand I usually only hold it for 2-5 seconds but then again It's also partially my fault bc I haven't been practicing it regularly, and I haven't been consistent

Please do one for kip up on the bar! I've been trying forever and I have good strength but I think my timing or technique is off. Small girls can do it but I can't 😅
