I could already do this it's easy for me I just tell my self to wake up at 7 45 or something

I had been trying to do this for months but it never actually worked until I started taking melatonin at a specific time each night. I think my sleep rhythm was seriously messed up somehow & I needed to reset. Now after about a month of melatonin I'm noticing that I wake up about 6:30 every day (10 minutes before my alarm) but unfortunately I'm still at a point where I cannot go back to sleep / take a nap if I haven't had enough sleep. Do you have any tips for fine tuning ? I thought about taking a quarter capsule of melatonin when I'd like a nap, but am afraid that taking it in daytime will screw up my cycle again.

How do you wake up to an alarm period? I can't even wake up to an emergency phone call in the middle of the night.
How do you become able to wake up to any alarm at all?

I strongly suggest this brain training game”nonu amazing only” (Google it) for anybody who wishes to enhance and develop their human brain. I was training my brain through this game a lot lately and I find it quite effective, especially in recalling things.
