How I Overcame Depression In 3 Simple Steps

Depression is not a topic that I thought I would ever be talking about on this channel. I feel that I have to share my experience with everyone so that it may help anyone who is going through a tough time. I definitely am not qualified to give you medical advise but the steps that I share in this video have helped me and they could possibly help you as well.

1. Stay busy, no free time
2. Meet new people & get uncomfortable
3. Always progress a little more everyday

Additional things that can help with depression:
1. Get outdoor and get some sun
2. Get some exercise & drink a lot of lemon water
3. Do good things for others (charity events, help neighbors, etc)
4. Pray & meditate
5. Do creative things: write, compose, create, paint,
6. Organize, declutter & donate things you don't use

I moved there seven months ago and I thought I was going to be boating and swimming. But then I started to feel homesick really bad and then my wife went and had a bad back injury. I’m back north in my other place now and I feel better and I think I’m going to try and sell that place. On top of all that, the house said or issues and I didn’t expect I was going to put thousands and thousands of dollars out to fix it.
