I found my to-be-wife trapped in a crashed car 25 years ago by a chance drive pass in my friends car, she was unconscious and bleeding badly. It was a battle to keep her breathing whilst an ambulance was called. After phoning the hospital later she was in intensive care diagnosed with brain injury and multiple injuries. She recovered despite mental impairment. 12 months later we met after she sent me a thank you letter for helping on that awful night. We went on to get married and have children.

This is undoubtedly the best and most important You Tube video I’ve ever seen. Thank you Connie for shining a bright light on how to deal with anxiety, anger and fear.

I had a car accident and sustained a brain injury March 7th, 2008. I have not had someone describe how I felt and can still feel. Thank you.

As a traumatic brain injury survivor myself I found this very helpful. I was injured over 45 years ago. It has been a tough journey.

Connie all the feelings and your emotions I can relate to. When I lost my job this year because of mandates I was devastated. Anger, sadness, loss of the life I had. Like you, I am doing small things each day to get my happiness back. Thank you for your calming channel 💜

Thank you for this. I’ve had countless bouts of deep depression throughout adulthood. I’m really grieving over a certain closed door right now. I’ve been having such a hard, lonely time coming to terms with a reality I didn’t want.

"You are today where your thoughts have brought you; you will be tomorrow where your thoughts take you." -- James Allen Thank you for this. I can relate after a year of cancer and the permanent physical challenges it has brought into my life. This is a good reminder of my personal growth.

Thank you so much for this video.I have been carrying tremendous anger, sadness, grief and bitterness in my body.It causes me to have severe anxiety that overwhelms me somatically. I have literally survived numerous things over the years.Life threatening illness, surgeries that have changed me and losing people and pets that I loved with all of my heart in rapid succession. Although I am happy about surviving, the emotions I have been left with as a result are making my life unbearable. I am going to try your method and see if it helps...

Yes, the battle is in the mind. And it's a daily battle. I have a back injury (from my life choices), and I can get so mad at myself if I continue to focus on the past. Be thankful to God for the things you have. Don't focus on what you DON"T have, but focus on what you DO have. (Romans 12:2) thanks

Thank you for this, Connie. I have survived cancer 3 times and, after a great deal of anger, have come to accept and live with what has happened to me. I have been left disabled by surgery, but I am alive, and I have learned to let go of the anger and enjoy and appreciate my family and the world around me in a new, more intense way.

Connie, this is so helpful....thank you so much for sharing some of your life struggle with us. It's nice to listen to someone who is not just trying to tell everyone how to be there are daily trials and troubles to deal with that so few are willing to share for the benefit of helping others who struggle. Thank you again so very much.

Watching this video this morning almost brought me to tears. I need to change my thoughts immediately as I find myself in a very sad and dark place. I have been in two very horrific accidents and had brain injuries from both. I still have not recovered from the last one which was 10 years ago now. Your channel gives me hope towards a happier and healthier me ❤️🇨🇦
