What is the most effective method to cut body fat after spending time in a bulk. Many of us have focused on adding muscle through a period of training hard and consuming a surplus of calories. Now that you have added some size you want to lose the fat without the gains.

There is an effective method and these are the rules which we can certainly say are required to ensure you lose fat without risking muscle loss. Losing muscle during a fat loss phase will often leave a person looking skinny fat, where they have the proper body weight for their height but loose skin and perhaps very low muscle tone.

How can you cut and lose fat, the science shows us just how to do that along with the experiences of those who have done it many times such as myself.

As a woman, stepping up a little more cardio helped A LOT. I leaned out quite a bit. Still lifting. But lighter weights and more reps. High protein, low carbs. I feel full and eat less naturally. Dropped a dress size in a week. Muscles are showing 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

This comes at a perfect time. I've been slowly bulking for about 5 months now, gaining 1 lb a month! My strength has dramatically increased. Now I'm deciding when to start cutting, either January or keep bulking till March. Great video as always Paul! Yes to 30 videos!

This video spoke directly to me boss thank you. I was evacuated from my home after a cut and ended up with Gastritis when I couldn't meal prep eating crap on the street and lost 12 pounds. I bulked up 40 pounds within a year and started cutting on the 1st finally. I don't believe in rushing because that's how you gain too much fat or vice versa lose muscle. Happy New Year Paul

Perfect information as always Paul! I’ve just finished a 15 week cut and included all of them points so can speak from experience that they work! The main thing I found was that eating as close to maintenance calories as possible is the best way to not lose any muscle obvs with 1g of protein per body weight in pounds and spreading the protein out into 5 meals throughout the day. Wish your channel had millions of subs because your information would help so many people that are not sure what they are doing!

I’m a week into my cut I just started and I went from 174 to weighing in at 164 lb (I know half of that is water) after intermittent fasting and timing the majority of my carbs before workout, I’m already seeing tons of progress by keeping the weights high, doing easy cardio like incline treadmill for an hour and a half, and taking lots of protein and green tea. Recovery is everything, I simply try to make sure I eat when hungry and my muscles are already adapted to not be sore so my performance hasn’t dipped

This video is coming at a great time for me. I’m in the season of what many may call a bulk. Eating as I am hungry, lifting heavy, etc. Have gone through fat loss before but this is such a great refresher! Thank you!
