Lie flat on your back and bend your hip to 90 degrees. Straighten your leg and bend your foot inwards towards you. As you lower your leg to the start position, bend your neck forwards towards your chest. Then straighten your neck back to the floor as you straighten your leg and bend your foot back inwards. This will glide and improve mobility of the nerve.

If the left leg is the issue do you turn your foot the same way or opposite of the way in the video.
