Peroneal nerve stretch

Lie flat on your back. Bend your knee towards your chest, and pull your foot inwards. This will create a stretch down the outside of the lower leg. You can make the neural stretch stronger by bending your neck forwards.

This is exactly what I needed to unpinch my peroneal nerve from my fibular - stuck immobile for half an hour until finding this vid and 5 mins later walking about okay again, cheers!

The initial move of flexing your knee while drawing your leg up either sitting or lying down is absolutely excruciating to the peroneal entrapped nerve so not sure how anyone could do this with peroneal nerve pain.

Good to know that the Peroneal nerve is only on the right side.
