Mind Blown. I am a breast cancer survivor and my Dr told me to stay away from soy, which is difficult, because I have recently gone vegan to try to naturally bring my high cholesterol down. I can understand staying away from the processed stuff, but Tofu and edamame? That never made sense to me.... Tofu here I come! :)

What is the best study that proves this? It would be such a great resource to give to so many people that I know who give the wrong data. Thank you!

It's not the soy itself... it's the massive amounts of glyphosate dumped on most soy.

I was introduced to your goodbye autoimmune book last year and have been making positive changes to my eating. I am 38 years old and have PCOS. I'm having a hysterectomy and my concern is early menopause and managing the effects as natural as possible. What would you recommend?

What about when estrogen levels naturally go down after menopause? Could eating things that block estrogen actually be negative to the body at a time in life when a woman is not producing as much estrogen?

I am thinking of introducing tofu everyday. My period is very heavy. I think it is due to an estrogen imbalance. If I eat lots of tofu perhaps I can reduce the amount of estrogen during my cycle and produce better results. I had it happen before the past few months and I noted an increase in soy intake.

My wife is almost 60, postmenopausal, Dr doesn’t want to put her on estrogen, but she is losing her hair and sex drive. What should we do?

Such a controversial topic. For years, i told my client no, then yes, then....
I have done enough research and i have settled the matter. Soy✔️✔️✔️

Doesn't phyto estrogen get interpreted in the body the same way as regular estrogen? There's studies done showing that women going through menopause can lessen their symptoms with SOY supplement, is that because it reduces or increases their estrogen? Which way would make more sense? *looks it up* OK so menopause actually is a reduction of estrogen and progesterone so if soy FURTHER reduces estrogen binding, then it would make Menopause worse, not better? Seems like it DOES work as an Estrogen!

When I eat too much soy, my boobs puff up and hurt. It's from high estrogen. I take a couple DIM to release the estrogen. She doesn't know what she's talking about. I just tossed all my soy products in the trash.
