Thank you doctor for inspiring us.
I'm 23 year old Engineer.
Time restricted feeding not only reduced my belly fat, but also improved my sleep quality, thus my mental health and reduced my cough due to allergens. I don't know how to thank you. You're doing a social service through this YouTube Channel. Special regards to your friend Saravana Kumar and his wife Thirupura Sundari.😊

986 mg in 1000g
Rounding off to 1000 mg per 1000g
40mg will only take 40 g of soya right?

Hi Dr.Pal..

I use mostly Soya chunks for making rice pulav and side dishes.. I hope this form of soy is also not harmful.

Thank you for the valuable topics you have been sharing

the soy propoganda was spread by dairy industry because soy milk was booming the market and was a threat to dairy milk. soy is absolutely healthy to consume!

Sir is Soy and soya chunks are the same?

If 1kg of soy grown in India has 986mg isoflavones, then 50gm of soy has 49.3mg. Having 50gm of soy in one meal is very much possible. You said reaching 40mg per day is very difficult. I am very confused about this, please explain

Hi doctor. I am from USA. I am a big fan of you. Your videos are very knowledgeable. Could you please advise more about crucified vegetables. Many people says it's not good for thyroid. Specially to avoid kale and cabbage. Please can you share you thoughts on this. I really appreciate your service. Stay blessed.

I wanted a non diary paneer alternative. Instead of going for tofu, i tried burmese tofu, made from masoor dal. We can also make from green batani or chickpeas. Tastes pretty good, has good flavour, good protein for vegetarian. Can toast and add to salad.

50 grams of soya chunks cooked with 100 grams of Red kidney beans(rajma) gives you 50 grms of plant protein. Combine that with rice and you've completed your essential amino acids. You can eat this twice a day and get 100 grams of protein. The remaining can be oats+peanut butter or Moong chella. Keep in mind that this is a complete Vegan approach to diet since it doesn't include any dairy products.
