आधा सच, मूंगफली इतनी भी खराब नही जीतने ये डॉक्टर बता रहे है , योग्य मात्रामे खाई जाए तो फायदेमंद है👍

peanut has lot of protein (26 gm protein in 100 gm peanuts), if u workout then u can consume it and it will not adverse affect, even zym trainers also recommend peanut butter. Mr. Chhajer is a heart doctor so he thinks everybody has a heart problem. i think he should explain who can consume and who can't. i am consuming peanuts from my childhood and i am fit and fine, no allergy, no weight gain and no heart problem even i am 46 now. but i run half hour daily.

Good morning sir, Sadhguru says, keep peanut overnight in water and in morning mix with honey and banana and eat in morning. This is best food for morning and will not hungry. Thanks

According to modern Science things that raise triglyceride are :
1) overconsumption of food
2) Refined carbohydrates
3) foods high in added sugar
4) Alcohol
5) lack of exercise and
Sir modern Science says that triglyceride are stored energy which we don't use and we are just overeating and taking more calories that we burn pls tell Dr Bimal Sir ji??

Although, peanuts are rich in plenty of high-quality monounsaturated fats but are completely free from trans fat. Monounsaturated fats are linked with reducing the growth of bad cholesterol and it also lowers high-density lipoprotein (LDL) level that is detrimental to heart health. Whereas trans fat, as we all know are dangerous for the entire system.

My blood TG level is 1688. I eat almonds, pista and walnuts for getting omega 3 fatty acids. I avoid all fatty and carb foods. Before breakfast one teaspoon of honey+garlic is mixed with 250ml water and also add one lemon. This gives me a good result.
