Step 1) Run Update Troubleshooter
Step 2) Start Windows Update Services
Step 3) Perform Cleanboot

The 4 option is what worked for me

Just follow the prompts in the app to just update keep all your files option

And then when your pc does the final restart go to the widows update settings and click retry and it will update again to the latest version and your good to go

Do you know why it was when i changed the startup type to automatic and tried to start the service status, suddenly there was a command appeared written "Windows could not start the Windows Update service on Local Computer. Error 1058: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
