This video is made for Dr. Ayzenberg's patients who undergo arthroscopic hip surgery. Some of these exercises may not apply to your condition - please review your discharge handouts for instructions. The exercises here are meant to be done the first week after surgery until your post-operative visit. If any of these exercises cause significant pain, or if you are confused as to how to do them safely, please contact the office to clarify the technique.
