My saved password cannot be deleted because the button delete is grayed out also it doesn't ask me for password when connecting to Wi-Fi

If anyone still has this problem, after trying everything I found the fix was to use the Alexa app on an android phone to find the wifi. I was using iphones and they would not get the wifi network. Hope this works for you.

I juat got one of these and it wont connect to wifi, cant even find the wifi sitting right next to the router. First alexa product and its trash. Returning

If anybody bought this and wondering how to get rid of orange light, I don’t think you can’t. Just recently bought it, it was prefect until I relocated it and now it’s orange. I didn’t know what to do but i manually updated the echo through amazon and even reset it. It work, the echo is connected but it still show the orange light. I probably mess around with it again, but if you don’t mind the orange light and just want it to work. Go to your Amazon account, click on the devices, and you can either reset it, update it, or do both if you want. (I did it though the web page instead of the app)
