I show you how to fix an Amazon Echo Dot that is not responding, frozen or just not working. This will work for all Amazon Echo Dots.. 1st, 2nd & 3rd generation. Hope this helps.

my gen 2 dot acknowldges when I wake it up. Got a dot 3 now and it doesn't acknowledge upon wake up. It does what I ask but It doesn't acknowledge wake up. Am I missing a set up some where? I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere.

I moved to a new home and the outlet it’s plugged into is lose, but it was doing extremely weird stuff and didn’t respond properly, I moved it several times a for three days and even unplug it for thirty or more seconds and holding the action button for a while after plugging it back in

my echo 3rd gen today went solid red, ring light and mic button. i unplugged it and factory reset it. but it will not come unmuted and it still remains red. is there any way to fix it or should i just buy a new alexa ?

I have an Echo Dot 3 and the problem is that Alexa turns off by itself after making her a request, without asking her to stop, it just happens when Alexa speaks with the blue light circle, I don’t have any issues playing music or other audio media content, my device doesn’t turns completely off, just Alexa stops talking and the blue light circle turns off.
