Hi, Turn on your router. leave it till it’s connected to internet. And try again. if it is still not working. Pull the power lead from your Alexa and leave it for 10 seconds plug the power lead back in to your Alexa. Then let it connect to your home Wi-Fi. After it has finished Ask Alexa “What is time?” If Alexa answer your question it’s fixed. Job done.

For the people that are saying the Alexa is speaking British, he changed it from the Alexa app. 1st Go to your device 2nd press languages 3rd you will see a random language or accent 4th choose the one you want to have
