Would it be worth me doing this because no one ring or Alexa can tell me what’s wrong why my Alexa won’t doing motion, sensing from ring any more it stopped after I done ring app update Alexa stopped telling me there’s motion detected at the front door thanks for your how to reset to factory settings I was going to try that it’s my last hope to get them working together then cheers 😢

I did the ultimate muck-up.
Trying to reconnect my printer to my laptop and I accidentally plugged into my Amazon Dot. Well I got it to stop flashing it's still got a blue light on. Going to try it again your suggestion suggestion
