Hey James. I've been struggeling with different running injuries during the last couple of years, and the one thing that really annoys me is that I don't know which muscle groups I can train/which exercises I can make in e.g. the gym, which improves my running/running form, while I'm recovering. Would you make a video with some suggestions? Not only the usual excersises but also things/machines you can use at the gym.

Quick tip: if the sunglasses doesn’t fall off the top of your head while running, it’s probably around a 6ish RPE
