When you leave, that actually increases your value and will make narcissists want you even more. If you maintain your position at a distance (i.e. enforcing no contact), it's exactly at that point in which they want to harm or even kill you so that you can no longer move forward. That's why you must never return to the narcissist under any circumstance.
