Elden Ring the 2 MOST OP and Useful Stats You NEED to Level up!

In this video we are taking a look at Elden Ring stats, the 2 most op and useful stats you need to level up especially if you want the best possible chance of survival. These stats are often overlooked by most players, myself included but they are so important especially if you want to be able to take a hit or 2 and don't get overwhelmed by enemies in the game whether you're playing PvE or PvP. These are by far the most OP stats in the game in my opinion, stats you should always be focusing on and levelling up in Elden Ring. Obviously there are a lot of stats in the game but these are the best and most useful, make sure you don't neglect your vigor and poise in Elden Ring or it will come to screw you over at some point in your journey. Let me know your thoughts about Elden Ring stats and which ones you think are the most important in the comments below :D

The two stats I always optimized from the start of the game are vigor and weapon lvl. As some Youtuber once said (idk which youtuber, and I'm paraphrasing), putting all your points in a damage stat over health doesn't make you a glass cannon, it just makes you glass. You get more damage from maxing your weapon over maxing any of your damage stats. And vigor does more for your defense than the thickest armor. When it comes to the other stats, put the bare minimum in to equip what ever item or spell but, other than that, prioritize those two stats. After that, idk what would be best prioritized.

I usually try to get my stats to around 60 for each category. For poise, I mix and match a lot of different kinds of armor sets.

For poise it's 50 or 100, don't worry about anything else, if you can't get to 50 then don't worry about it, if you have over 50 but can't get to 100 then just leave it at 50. Especially for spellcasters get to 50. 50 lets you take light attacks without getting interrupted, while 100 lets you take most attacks except for a very few special cases (ballista bolts, greatbow shots, boss super moves for example).
As for vigor, if you need more than 40-45 max for PvE then you might want to try another fighting style, this usually means you're trading hits with enemies- you hit them but at the cost of them hitting you and doing this over and over- and this will almost always end badly for you. Or it could be a case of not using good armor and buffs, especially for boss fights. At around the halfway point of the game it's quite easy to get to %50+ damage negation, this means boss attacks are doing less than half damage to you. The item buffs are the boiled crab for physical damage and the X-proof dried livers for magic/elemental dam, the fortification incantations and then the talismans (dragonshield, pearldrake, firedrake etc.), all of which stack together. I'm not saying use all of these but you should use some or most of them, at least pop a boiled crab and dried liver before you walk through the boss fog.

Its tough with the raptor chest piece cuz that has almost 0 poise. The best I can get it is up to 52 poise unless I waste a talisman spot. I'm using the bull goat legs and arms with the mushroom cap that has a surprising 9 poise attached.

with the whole poise thing. I didn't understand it at 1st. because I didn't look at the info. but I slowly realized it's useful. because I noticed I feel more like a tank the higher that goes. learned that from the soul games I been playing. vigor how ever. I got to busy trying to greatsword build and end build so I can hold heavier things. but oddly enough with half of the games turns out I don't really need to worry because you basically leveling up fast when you over half way done in story progress. but elden ring. I keep over looking it almost with the same reason but this time also trying to build my FP points more because of some summons that need more to summon.

I have been focusing on a strenght/vigor/dexterity build and I am still in the early/mid game, but I would also like to be able to cast spells and incantations. I would also like to add magic ashes of war to my weapons to increase damage but they require some faith or intelligence leveling. Should I wait until I progress more in the game or should I start leveling up the faith and intelligence stats now?

I hate aromatics... I hate the craftable consumables in general. It is easier to just play the game without them rather than worry about them running out. For poise... bullgoat armor FTW. Which means 40-50 endurance depending on the other gear you use. A great set in general.

as a mainly pvp player, poise isn't worth it. Players inPVP are just stacking up their poise, and it never pays off. your attacks still get staggered by greatswords no matter the poise. if you have high poise there's a high chance you have the heavy armor which would usually get you down to heavy load which lowers your rolling speed/distance which is MAJOR in pvp. If you're concerned about being interrupted in PVP, use an ash of war that lunges toward your opponent, this leaves you open for canceling but because its a lunge, you can stand a bit back meaning to cancel they'll have to get closer, risking getting hit ( which they almost always will especially if you're using square off or unsheathe) so ngl just use armor that lets you tank a decent amount of hits without being to heavy.

Vigor and mind are most important for me. Just get 25 vigor and 20 mind, and you can beat the first half of the game with relative ease

I'm at 60 poise still getting hit and stagger it doesn't work

You cannot get high poise without investing well into endurance.

Great video!👍 if your looking for something new to play. Try salt and sacrifice it is a souls game I it's definitely a very challenging game but it's a really good game. It came out a week and couple days ago!

He pretty much balanced his stats out across the board which everyone says to avoid. Not sure I can trust this advice.

I’m surprised you are making this video this late, 30 is a good vigor number, ran that the entire first play through with 23 poise, hit them hard ask questions later, but don’t forget leveling weapons and Talismans ads to your survival.

Bill-san, i just watched the anime: darling in the franx. So explain something: why did zero 2, kill and drained other parthers but not kill Hiro and keep him alive to change him instead of killing him right away like the rest before the flash back episode.
