Help Soothe panic with this breathing exercise (instructions on using the video to ensure you are not chest breathing, but belly breathing) 
• Sit or stand comfortably with your back straight. Put one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.
• Take a slow breath in through your nose, counting to four. The hand on your stomach should rise. The hand on your chest should move very little.
• Hold your breath for a count of seven.
• Exhale through your mouth to a count of eight, pushing out as much air as you can while contracting your abdominal muscles. The hand on your stomach should move in as you exhale, but your other hand should move very little.
• Inhale again, repeating the cycle until you feel relaxed and centered.

This video is part of my daily routine .. since i got severe anxiety ..and now i'm a lot better it decreased from 100% to 0%.

This video doesn't explain it thoroughly, but the real method is to inhale through your nose, hold, then exhale through the mouth.

That way you slowly exhale without feeling too dizzy or lightheaded. If you try it that way you will feel results. Also, like everything it takes practice to get better and see more results.

I needed this after starting to go back to the gym, tonight. I get panic attacks when my heart rate goes up and then the panic just makes it go up even more. This video helped regulate myself and get me back grounded. Anyone else ever get what I just described during/after a workout? Any tips on how to control this??
