How to fix a BitLocker recovery in Dell Laptop

I was in a big trouble when I formatted my C drive (system drive) and my other drives like D, E and F were locked by bitlocker and I didn't know the recovery key. After some trial and error, I finally was able to unlock those drive without losing the data.
Here is how you can also unlock your drives: (You need to have a dell laptop)
-Restart system and enter a BIOS mode (Keep pressing F12 if you are a dell user. For other manufacturers, key might get differ).
-After entering BIOS, you will see an option called 'SupportAssist OS Recovery' and press enter.
-Choose option RESET (This will re-install the factory operation system that came with the system when you had bought it)
-After choosing RESET, you will see 2 options: Reset to factory setting and Reset and update.
-Choose Reset to factory setting (You might want to take back up of your C drive if there are any important files stored on your desktop, documents, downloads, etc. because this will format your C drive (where windows is installed) and will re-install the factory OS.)
-It will take 15-20 mins and you are done!
-You will be asked setup your system (like new).
-Once it is done, you will see that your locked drives have been unlocked successfully and data is still there in the drives as you left.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKED FOR ME. I'M POSTING THIS IN ORDER TO HELP SOMEONE WHO IS FACING THE SIMILAR ISSUE.

I don't have a PTT security option. Instead I have a TPM 2.0 security option at the same place. When clicking it, its showing multiple check boxes. Don't know which one to switch. Help me please.

Thanks for the video. I had to additionally enable Secure Boot besides turning on PTT on my Dell laptop and it worked

Followed most of the steps however, while I clicked the security tab on my dell laptop, it shows TPM 2.0 Securtiy instead of PTT security. And there's a whole list of options on the screen instead of just PTT On

I’m having this issue but when I click on security in the BIOS I don’t have PPT as an option it only states TPM 2.0 is there any solution for this issue using this. I have tried everything and nothing has worked

What if my BIOS is exactly the same as your except it doesnt have PTT security tab? It has everything else as pictured except PTT security tab.

It really works!
