I’m a man and I take collagen tablets at night before bed and it has helped me with joint pains and also my flexibility is crazy! I stretch and stuff after working out but I’ve realized lately I can stretch nearly into a split and it doesn’t even hurt. I got to thinking about what may be different and the only thing I can think of is the collagen pills. I was taking the collagen for skincare mostly but then heard the other benefits. It’s a great supplement no matter how you ingest it, IMO.

I'm sold on it. I have SI joint pain in my low back. It decreases this pain. As well as all over aches and stiffness. I think it helps my hair, nails and skin as well. I take it in my coffee mostly in the late afternoon. Oh, btw...am 57 yrs.

Very informative video and I do take your collagen powder and love it. There are some powders i have used before that upset my stomach, your doesn't. My hair, nails and joints are definitely benefiting from yours. Keep the great videos coming.

I've been taking collagen powder supplements and I noticed my nail got a bit harder. Not so much on my skin and definitely not added volume. Great tip about the temperature, I instinctively thought that too much heat would damage the collagen and of course my body.

Is it true the source and quality of the collagen is more important than the amount of collagen per scoop(I would think all 3 are all of equal importance)? Is this why your collagen only has 7 g of peptides per scoop vs vital proteins which is 20g collagen peptides per scoop and has what appears to be the same sourcing as yours. So why the difference in the amount of collagen per serving? Is there a maximum our body can absorb per day so the amount doesn't matter? I want to make sure I understand before making my purchase. Appreciate your help! Thank you so much!

Because you are so succinct and use your words well I think that I learn more if the video is condensed. Off topic, bought the neck cream that you recommend a few months ago and my neck lines have definitely improved. Nothing dramatic but then I was not expecting a dramatic improvement, but nonetheless I am thrilled with the improvement, thank you again.
